How does the subscription work?
Pick what you want covered. Unlimited support for that item.
We try to keep billing simple. Rather than fluctuating with billable hours, our packages include unlimited remote support and regular on-site visits. That way we can focus on the issues that matter. You can pick and choose as well. Get unlimited support for only servers, your users or the critical network devices – All or some the choice is up to you.
From there you can add additional protection including workstation backups, network monitoring and protection, endpoint protection and backups for Gmail and Office 365. We are always hunting for new software and services to offer as well so your data stays secure.
User Support – $125 / month
Provides unlimited support for user, their workstations and mobile devices. Workstations stay up to date with security patches and are regularly reported on for hardware issues.
A minimum of 5 users is required
Server Support – $500 First server + $100/ each additional server
Covers Servers, backup devices, virtual machines. We monitor for disk faults and manage the updates so you don’t have to. We will research new technologies for your business to help evolve. We will test your backup system regularly and implement one if you currently don’t have one.
Device Support – $50 / month per device
Monitoring and maintenance of all network equipment including: routers, switches, wifi access points, Printer support, firmware upgrades and quality of life improvements.
Addition Services Available
Webroot Endpoint Protection for Servers and Workstations – CloudBerry Server/Workstation backup – Google Apps and Office 365 email backup including Sharepoint Online and Google Drive
For work required that is not covered by a subscription, you will enjoy a discounted hourly rate.

Email Migration
Take advantage all-in-one services in Google Apps and Office 365 including Onedrive and Sharepoint Online. We can move your email from GoDaddy, Telus or any other mail server to a high-availability Google or Microsoft service.
